Barn Plans

A generous double breezeway runs the length of the Equestrian horse barn, flanked on both sides by stalls. Tack rooms, office space and wash stalls come standard down the center of the barn, but their exact placement is flexible. A full-length center loft provides storage, recreational or office space above, available as either a two-thirds or full loft. The Equestrian horse barn is a truly marvelous structure, available with 8 to 20 stalls.

Remarkable from the first impression, the Belmont's gable front spans a spacious drive-through entrance. Beyond, the breezeway passes an office and large tack room, opening in a cross-shape to stalls on either side. To the opposite end, another gable can be added to mirror the horse barn's entrance creating perfect symmetry. This four-entry barn design allows for airy comfort throughout the structure. For more storage space, the T-shaped loft can be converted to a two-thirds or full loft and shed roofs can also be added.

Through the grand, arched gable entry of the Preakness horse barn, two 11-stall halves are connected by open breezeways around a stunning 72’ x 72’ courtyard. The central space is perfect as a parade or exercise ring. Wash bays, offices, and tack rooms are all accounted for in the barns design. Lofts above each barn provide storage space. Combine with a Club or Meadows horse arenas for a striking show facility!

The ultimate expression of style and purpose! Built around a six-entry, cross-flow breezeway, the Triple Crown horse barn has a staggering 28-stalls, a 36’ x 180’ center and two 36’ x 36’ wings. Just inside the grand front entry is an office or meeting room space, opposite a large tack room with stairs to the generous loft above. Two other tack rooms and multiple wash bays are placed throughout the stalls, easily accessible across the facility

The versatile Club equestrian facility houses a full horse arena as well as stalls. The stalls come standard along one side but can also be wrapped around the arena or lined down either side. The stalls can also be replaced with shed roofs for storage space. Arena enclosure packages are available. Choose the desired width below; The length is customizable because each horse arena can be built on any 12’ increment, indefinitely.
