| The Caretaker was the first Barn
Pros barn with a legal, engineered, 576 sq ft residence above a horse barn. The 16' x 36' center loft apartment includes
a 6’x 14’ deck off the master bedroom. The Caretaker
is dimensionally the same as the monitor-style
Haymaker barn; the main difference is that the Haymaker features a hayloft instead of a residence. Both barns' 12'6" sidewall height accommodates an optional shed roof on one or both sides. Both come standard with a tack room, wash bay and cupola. All stalls have Barn Pros heavy
duty galvanized stall fronts (powder coating optional), chew
protection, solid rubber stall mats and Dutch door turnouts. |
