| The Caretaker is the first Barn
Pros barn with an apartment engineered and shown on the blueprints
as an apartment or dwelling above a horse barn. The Caretaker
is a lot like the 36’x 40’ “Monitor” style
Haymaker, except the Caretaker includes a 576 sq ft apartment
replacing the Haymaker hay loft. The center section of the
barn has been raised 2’ taller than the Haymaker to provide
more ceiling height for the apartment. The apartment also includes
a 6’x 14’ deck off the master bedroom with a French
door leading to the deck. All stalls have Barn Pros’ heavy
duty galvanized stall fronts (powder coating optional), chew
protection, solid rubber stall mats and Dutch door turnouts. |
