The American barn has evolved from the ethnic and regional influences of many groups. The melting pot of construction practices, style and design has resulted in the American barn. All standard barn kits have the same stall components plus a wash and tack room. They are all constructed of the same high quality materials. When you look at the front of our standard barn they are all 36’ wide. Two 12’ stalls on each side of a 12’ breezeway that goes the length of the building. The model number indicates the length of the barn. For example, the Olympic “48” is 36’ wide and 48’ in length.

The “Sierra” AA standard series is a basic barn with a 5/12 roof pitch and no loft. The sidewall is 9’ tall allowing horses ample head room in the stalls.

The “Cascade” A standard series has a 12’x (length of barn) hayloft over the breezeway. This takes the roof to a 9/12 roof pitch and raises the sidewall from 9’ to 10’6”. The additional wall height raises the roof to increase space in the hayloft. Stairs in the tack room take you to the loft where, over a 4’ safety railing, you can observe and/or feed into the stalls below.

The “Olympic” B standard series has the same hayloft and roof configuration as the “Cascade” Series but now we add a 12’x (length of barn) shed roof off the side of the barn to provide a covered area for horse shelter and/or equipment storage. We raise the sidewall from 10’6” to 12’6” to increase the clearance under the shed roof. This series also comes with two 4’ gable roof dormers, including windows. With the Olympic “60” and “72” models we provide two more 4’ gable roof dormers, including windows, for a total of four dormers on these models.

The “Denali” C standard series has the same 9/12 roof pitch. It also has the 12’x (length of barn) shed roof off the side of the barn. This model, however, has a full hayloft, 36’x (length of barn). It also has the 12’6” sidewall that accommodates plenty of headroom in the hayloft. Stairs in the tack room take you to the loft. The loft area provides storage for hay or can be used for other purposes. The Denali “24” has two 4’ gable roof dormers, including windows. With the Denali “36” we provide two more 4’ gable roof dormers, including windows, for a total of four dormers on this model. On the Denali “48”, “60” and “72” we add a continuous “shed roof” dormer opposite the two 4’ roof dormers. The “shed roof” dormers are 24’, 36’ and 48’ long respectively.

Many of our “C” Model customers utilize all or part of the loft area for other storage or some type of office, lounge or small apartment. The ability to make this area into living quarters of any kind depends on your local building codes. We actually see regulations vary from counties that have no written regulations to others that won’t allow people and horses living in the same building. The barn is blueprinted as an agricultural pole barn structure and will not reflect a living area inside the barn. Any modifications to accomplish that would be the customer’s responsibility. We do provide a barn that is designed and blueprinted with an apartment. See the “Caretaker”.

The Haymaker is Barn Pros offering of a “Monitor” style barn. This raised center aisle design provides a taller hayloft for more storage and excellent ventilation. We have even increased the width of the center aisle to 16’ for maximum hay storage capacity. The Haymaker is forty feet wide and offered in two lengths, the 36’ and 48’. The Haymaker is a perfect fit for any region. From New England to New Mexico, the landscape is dotted with “Monitor” style barns, an American design introduced in the 19th century.

The Caretaker is the first Barn Pros barn with an apartment engineered and shown on the blueprints as an apartment or dwelling above a horse barn. The Caretaker is a lot like the 36’x 40’ “Monitor” style Haymaker, except the Caretaker includes a 576 sq ft apartment replacing the Haymaker hay loft. The center section of the barn has been raised 2’ taller than the Haymaker to provide more ceiling height for the apartment. The apartment also includes a 6’x 14’ deck off the master bedroom with a French door leading to the deck.

The Coach House is perfect if you’re looking for a multi-use barn. This barn has room for your horses and parking for your RV, horse trailer, snowmobiles, motorcycles or whatever. Three stalls, a tack room, hay loft and a 14’ x 48’ bay for other equipment or vehicles.

You don’t have to be an equestrian professional to enjoy these barns designed with serious horse people in mind. Eight stalls to 28 stalls, the Professional Series have features such as multiple breezeways, large lofts, meeting rooms, grand entrances and courtyards. From working horse barns to elite equestrian showplaces, these expanded versions of our standard 12’x12’ pole spacing design are magnificent. They have also been chosen for many uses other than horse barns, including restaurants, wineries, retail facilities, and veterinary clinics.

The Equestrian Series
Available in three sizes, eight, twelve and twenty stalls, this is the perfect Equestrian Center stable. By moving the stalls into enclosed shed roof areas we have created a wonderful facility with double breezeways and a 12’ x 24’ barn office. In this sixty foot wide barn with plenty of horse boarding capability a community of horse owners can move about without interference.

The Belmont
Elegance is the theme of the Belmont. When you first see the columns of the 16’ x 36’ covered drive-through entrance you can almost picture arriving on an early 1900’s New York summer day. At night the custom made “Lighthouse” cupola can be seen from long distances as a monument to equestrian activity. This ten stall barn features a large 12’ x 20’ tack room and a 12’ x 22’ office/meeting room. Two 36’ x 36’ haylofts are connected by a walkway. Inside the Barn Pros “Cross-Flow” Breezeway horses and riders can enter and exit the barn north, south, east or west.

The Club
The Club is a great equestrian exercise facility. Six stalls, a wash rack and tack room are attached to a 60’ x 120’ indoor arena. The arena provides a clear span area with 15’ of head room to the exercise surface and a 5’ tall 2x6 T&G rub rail.

The “Crown” Collection barns of the Professional Series are the most exotic barns offered by Barn Pros. Old world styling and a courtyard layout design puts this barn in an elite company of luxury equestrian showplaces. You can’t call this twenty stall equestrian facility small but it is the smaller of the “Crown” Collection. The Mini-Crown has a 36’ x 156’ main section with two 36’ x 24’ wings. The Triple Crown
The best of the best is the “Triple Crown”. This 28 stall barn, the largest of the “Crown” Collection, has a 36’ x 180’ main section with two 36’ x 36’ wings. Just inside the “Grand Front Entry” is a 12’ x 24’ office/meeting room. Three tack rooms provide 576 sq ft of tack inventory. The hayloft has over 2100 sq ft of floor space. With the Barn Pros “Cross-Flow” Breezeway, horses and riders can enter and exit through six 12’ x 9’ breezeway sliding doors or through one of the 28 Dutch door turnouts. The Meadows Arena
Covered with wood, surrounded by wood, the Meadows Arena is a safe, pleasurable experience in a beautiful “all wood” equestrian exercise facility. The arena provides a clear span area with 15’ of head room to the exercise surface. A 5’ high, “Select Grade” SPF T&G, rub rail wall surrounds the riding area. Access to the arena surface is through a custom pre-built 5’ x 12’ gate. The Meadows Arenas are available 60’ and 72’ wide, both 120’ in length.

The Yosemite
The Yosemite family home…what a great place to raise kids. The central dining room, separating the large kitchen and generous living room, is probably where you’ll find the family gathered. Together for conversation over an evening meal or passing each other, grabbing a bowl of this or that, on your way to work, school, sports or dancing lessons. The comfortable Yosemite is a 2016 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with two bedrooms and a bath on the first floor. The double-turn rustic beam stairway leads upstairs to the master bedroom and bath.

The Glacier

Designed to accompany the Barn House Series the 3-car Barn House Garage is a perfect match with the same siding. This handy 24’ x 36’ garage has a full loft upstairs with two 4’ dormers.

24X36 Shop
Built with clear span trusses, this open shop design with 10’ sidewalls is great for working or storing. Two custom hand-made 6’ x 9’ sliding doors provide a barn look and a practical 12’ x 9’ opening for easy access for equipment. A custom cupola adds to the barn flavor of the building. The T&G siding is the same beautiful “Select Grade” SPF wood used on all of the Barn Pros series barns.

36X36 Shop
