Should Barn Pros offer new purchase incentives after a customer has placed an order, customers will have the option to apply the new incentive package (or discount) to their order in lieu of other special incentives based on the following criteria:

The customer must provide, in writing, a request to change their incentive no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled ship date.
If purchase incentives, applied at the time of purchase, include optional equipment that has been engineered, manufactured, procured or specifically ordered, the equipment cannot be extracted from the kit and must be purchased at list price to apply any other purchase incentive.
If new purchase incentives, available after the sale, include optional equipment that has to be engineered, manufactured, procured or specifically ordered, these items can only be offered if there is sufficient time to make the items available for inclusion to the kit prior to shipping.
