Our architecture is superior to the standard framing method. Barn Pros uses a tried-and-true deep foundation design used in many traditional American barns. Each of our building structures are supported by a series of strong timber posts that are buried and surrounded by concrete. The strength and security of these posts allow our barns to do very well in areas with severe wind (120 mph), heavy snow (150 lb. per square ft.), and intense seismic activity (#4). Our barns have survived many hurricanes with wind storms of 140-170 mph!

Your Barn Pros specialty lumber is predominantly spruce and fir, known for their superior strength and longevity. It originates from a renewable, slow growth forest in Canada. Very cold climates help produce this dense wood that generally cannot be purchased at your local lumber yard. The latest technologies in milling, coupled with the most stringent lumber selection process in the industry, helps ensure that your expectations are exceeded.
