| Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) |
| Q: Can
I trust Barn Pros, Inc. to deliver a quality product and
possess a reputation I can trust? |
| A: With hundreds of barns
sold in over 40 states, Canada and Europe, our impeccable reputation
is well established in the marketplace. We stand behind our
product with a written Limited Lifetime Guarantee.
Our goal at Barn Pros is, and has always been, to provide the
finest equestrian building available today. In the equestrian
world, reputation is everything. Our equine knowledge is drawn
from experience in the real horse world. We are horse
people and know what it takes to provide a safe, durable, beautiful
product. |

| Q: Can
you ship to me, and how much does it cost? |
| A: One
of the most important steps in our process is delivery of your
package. From the time your Barn Pros package is wrapped, strapped
and loaded on semi-truck(s) to the time you have it safely
unloaded at your location, a coordinated team effort is involved.
Your Barn Pros package is shipped by vendors who have an alliance
with Barn Pros. Our shipping partners work with us to keep
your delivery costs as low as possible. Because we use trucking
company vendors that have their own trucks and trained drivers,
we can maintain control of your shipment providing unmatched
continuity of product distribution. When you call for a quote,
we can quickly calculate a rate to your area. Out of state
(Washington State) purchases are exempt from state sales tax
and in many cases this more than offsets shipping costs. |

| Q: Can
I build this kit myself, or do I need a builder? |
| A: Our
package comes complete with easy to read blueprints and a concise “Procedure
Guide” complete with photos and helpful hints. Also,
our Barn Pros support team is a phone call away to help with
any construction questions. This package does, however, require
a person with basic carpentry skills and knowledge. |

| Q: Why
Barn Pros instead of a metal barn? |
A: Our barns are
built with high quality large timbers for strength and durability.
This is a traditional, steep roof pitch, lofted barn - not
a low clearance, no loft, impersonal, metal building. Every
detail has been thought of with durability and safety in
mind. Barn Pros’ buildings add value to a property
because of their quality, appearance and longevity. Large
overhangs all around protect the structure from weather and
our chew protection material protects the barn from the horses.
These buildings are horse friendly because they are open
and safe with an abundance of light. No sharp edges, as in
metal structures. |
