Sales Associate
Barn Pros was founded in 1987, with the purpose of providing
high quality traditional wood horse barns to a discerning
clientele. Offering the finest barns and buildings available,
Barn Pros quickly established a reputation as the premier
barn building company in the Pacific Northwest. Today,
Barn Pros offer a nationwide program of high quality
pre-engineered barns, houses, shops, garages, and arenas.
Barn Pros is growing at an exhilarating pace and will
continue to push the edge of development and technology
with our pre-engineered packages. Barn Pros is looking
for an inside sales associate for immediate hire. Goal
oriented sales people who are focused, experienced professionals
with the ability to develop valuable customer relationships
over the telephone should apply. This is a person-to-person
inside sales position. Most sales begin, develop and
close over the telephone, although this is not a telemarketing
position. Barn Pros Sales Associates sell our traditional,
all wood, horse barns to customers that make the first
contact with Barn Pros. With a relatively long sales
cycle, the ability to build and maintain relationships
with customers who are planning a purchase many months
ahead is paramount. This commission sales position offers
the opportunity for compensation equal to or exceeding
most outside sales positions.

Responsibilities include
Educating customers about the barn building process, providing information to
help customers make the best product choices, apply appropriate promotional
incentives and complete the sale. Additional duties will include, processing
orders, quoting freight terms and participating in marketing/sales events. |

Requirements
Previous sales experience
is required. Good communication and interpersonal skills
are very important to become part of a top sales team that
works closely together to “leave
no customer behind.” Experience with horses, barns,
framing and construction, is a plus but not required. Mathematical
skills and basic computer skills are required including word
processing and contact data management. Product training
is provided. |
