Piedmont Double Breezeway Horse Barn

Location

Greenwood, South Carolina

Overview

From the ground up, the colossal Equestrian 96 Horse Barn with a 60’ x 96’ footprint suits the never-ending fields of Greenwood, South Carolina effortlessly. Lighthouse and jumbo cupolas sit atop the customer supplied red metal roof with Douglas fir tongue and groove 2”x6” siding, in addition to gable and shed-style dormers. The rich red color scheme continues around the structure with the red timber truss and red accent colors on the doors and exterior lights. Combined with a timber truss with corbel package plus western red cedar board and batten siding on gable ends, the barn stands mighty against the blue, bright skies of South Carolina.

This double breezeway barn equipped with lined ceilings and classic quad-glass breezeway doors with wood fill is multifunctional. With 5,760 square feet on lower level and a 3,456 square foot loft, there is no shortage of space for work and play. The barn has the capacity for up to twenty, 12’x12’ horse stalls featuring powder-coated steel-framed stall fronts with sliding grill doors, plus a 12’x24’ tack room, optional wash bay included in the wash and groom package and 12’x12’ office with access to the loft above. Classic double-crossbuck Dutch doors with wood fill and powder-coated Dutch door lights in candy apple red harken back to the red color scheme of the exterior to tie together the entire look for the barn, inside and out.
